PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the production cost of an optical information recording medium and to improve the reflectance of the medium for light. SOLUTION: In the producing method of a heat-mode type optical disk D having a dye recording layer 204 in which information can be recorded by irradiation of a substrate 202 with laser light and having a light-reflecting layer 208 and a protective layer 210 on the dye recording layer 204, the light- reflecting layer 208 consists of a material containing silver. Moreover, the protective layer 210 is formed for two or more sec and within 5 min after the film of the light reflecting layer 208 is formed.
