PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modesty panel excellent in versatility in the narrow modesty panel in the horizontal direction parallel with external wall face members of a building. SOLUTION: In a modesty panel 4A parallel with external wall face members 28 forming patterns 28A repeated in the horizontal direction at a pitch P having integer times as large as specific size W, patterns 41 repeated in the horizontal direction at the pitch of the specific size W are formed on the surface thereof. By the constitution, regardless of size of the pitch in the patterns 28A of the external wall face members 28, since repeated parts of the patterns 28A and 41 can be made to coincide with the external wall face members 28 and modesty panel 4A, the modesty panel can ensure nice-looking appearance, the modesty panel can correspond to a plurality of kinds of external wall face members 28, and versatility can be promoted.
