PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dewing inside a side wall when a temperature of a frame and studs contacting with it lowers in the wintertime by installing a window frame through a wooden frame on a side wall of a building unit composed of a steel column and a beam. SOLUTION: A frame 4 composed of wooden cross pieces 41, 42 and longitudinal pieces 43, 43 is installed between a steel floor beam 22, a ceiling beam 23 and studs 29, 29 constituting a building unit, and an inner wall panel and an outer wall panel are installed in the upper/lower parts of the cross pieces 41, 42 to form the opening part 49. The upper/lower cross pieces 41, 42 are reinforced by superposing wood by two pieces, and the longitudinal pieces 43, 43 are extended up to the upper surface of the floor beam 22 to prevent suspension of the frame 4. An architrave is installed around the indoor side of the frame 4, throatings are installed in the upper/lower parts of the outdoor side, and a window frame is fitted/fixed to the opening part 49 of the frame 4 to install a sliding window and a window screen. Thus, even if the window frame gets chilly in the wintertime, the frame 4 and the studs 29 contacting with it hardly get chilly to prevent dewing inside a side wall composed of the inner wall panel and the outer wall panel.
