PURPOSE: A disposable spoon packing machine is provided to quickly and hygienically pack disposable spoons. CONSTITUTION: A packing machine is installed by the components of:a frame(41) to support every kinds of parts; a tunnel gate(45) having many tunnel lines to make the spoons fall down straight; an alignment device(50) to align spoons on the tunnel gate; a case(40) to collect the spoons misaligned; a pair of ultraviolet sterilizers(102,103) to sterilize the spoons; vinyl rolls(75,76) to wind up the vinyl wrapper(77) at upper and lower parts of the horizontal part(43) of the frame; a transmission device(90) to transmit the vinyl wrapper; and a heater(80) to pack the spoons on one line. |
