PURPOSE: A post-treating device is provided to have an excellent durability in case of being used under a severe cold condition and a high purifying capacity against a harmful ingredient in a low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A post-treating device comprises: two first filtrating revival units(10a), (10b) connect-installed to an engine side; a valve(20) opening and closing discharging gas flowing-in paths(21a), (21b); a time controlling unit(30) feeding an electric power to electric heaters(11a), (11b); and a second catalysis reduction, oxidation treating unit(40) installed in the honeycomb(41) coated by a metal oxide for being connected to the first filtrating revival units.
