PURPOSE: Meat broiling instrument broiled meat with direct heat generated from fire ball not indirect heat of broiling plate using gas range and charcoal fire. CONSTITUTION: Meat broiling instrument to reduce fuel charge, to ease washing after using without replacing broiling plate, and to taste original taste of meat maintaining heat conversation in long time circulated water along to spiral tube connecting the both end with water tank formed in proper height by winding long tube body of small diameter with spiral.
