PURPOSE: A parking lot for bicycles is provided to make capacity as much as twice and give a pair of charging systems to a user according to riding time and service from the parking lot. CONSTITUTION: A lift(8) has a device horizontally sending a (14) between slotting decks(10,12). A lift space floor has a conveyor(20) and a driving motor(22). A division per the lift is placed an entering/delivering passage(4). All door has an entering lamp(blue)(30) and a delivering lamp(red)(32). A card reader/writer reads the pre-paid card and registers the entering/delivering by the input from the switch of the entering/delivering.
