PURPOSE: A multichannel interactive transferring device is provided to remotely control an electric power equipment, a microphone, and a speaker in a central control/monitor apparatus containing a voice recognizing function by a voice and to communicate by using an analog voice. CONSTITUTION: A system for monitoring and controlling an electric power apparatus(3) comprises: an electric power line communication unit(2) containing a microprocessor(22), a transceiver(21), and a line driver(23); a vocal signal input-output equipment containing the electric power apparatus, a microphone(6), and a speaker(7); and the electric power line communication unit corresponding to a central controlling/monitoring apparatus(4). The system for monitoring and controlling the electric power apparatus transfers digital data and an analog voice signal.
