PURPOSE: A polyester film for a metal can is provided to have an excellent barrier, winding, heat resistance and forming processing. CONSTITUTION: The polyester film has: the first film layer that polymerizes an acid component made from terephthalic acid, isophthalic acid and phthalic acid, and a glycol component made from aliphatic glycol that is 2-6 number of carbon, and that is made from 0.65-1.70dl/g specific viscosity of copolymer polyester resin; and the second film layer that is made by dispersively containing 0.02-0.15 weight % of a corpuscle among the copolymer polyester resin.
