PURPOSE: An organic substance extracting device is provided to easily extract the organic substance from even the materials which react easily at a high temperature and a high heat or are made up of large particles. CONSTITUTION: The organic material extracting device has: a solvent keeping container(11) for keeping the solvent; a sample keeping container(14) for keeping the sample; a first filter(15) for removing particles which do not dissolve in the solvent among the materials extracted from the sample keeping container; a second filter(17) for removing the remained particles which do not dissolve in the solvent among the extracted materials; a vacuum pump(12) for making the exit parts of the first and the second filters in the vacuum state; an air pouring unit(17) for pouring air into the sample keeping container and the first filter to improve the filtering efficiency of the second filter and to prevent the solvent from flowing backward; valve devices(13a,13b,13c,13d) for controlling the movement of the solvent and the extracted material and the flow of the air.
