PURPOSE: A method is provided to improve the credibility of online settlement and the paying trouble of teenager consumers who are impossible to use the credit card by connecting the electric commercial transaction with the "internet PC-Bang" for being possible to do offline. CONSTITUTION: When a consumer buys goods on the online, the consumer first pays by a card or cash and receives goods at a wanted place with a printed receipt(1st method). After printing the acceptance sheet, the consumer pays by cash or a card and receives goods at a "PC-Bang" in the delivery day(2nd method). The registering PC Bang has the peculiar code number so that the consumer's buying point can be accumulated in the registering "PC-Bang" in the corresponding district.
