PURPOSE: An automatically returning bar typed receiving device for a personal portable telephone is provided to easily listen to the voice of the other through a receiving unit of the personal portable telephone even in a noisy space. CONSTITUTION: A returning bar typed receiving device for a personal portable telephone containing a receiving speaker(27) improving a receiving sensitivity contains; a stepping motor(24) fixed in the voice receiving unit(23) of the personal portable telephone; a male bolt(211) attached to a male bolt gear(212); and a returning bar for the male bolt not to rotate but to rise to the front or to enter to the back.
