PURPOSE: A middle shaft assembly for a steering device is provided to easily embody a desirable polar between a spline tube and a spline shaft constructed therein. CONSTITUTION: The middle shaft assembly comprises:an integral spline tube(12) to integrally process a spline tube(2a) formed a different shaped tube(3a) and many resin inlet holes(12a); a spline shaft(4a) formed a recessed groove(14a) for a resin filling in the outer circumference; an integral spline shaft(14) formed the covering of a synthetic resin(R); the different shaped tube(3a) integrally processed a yoke(6a) and a cover(8a), stuck a square rubber(17) in the outer circumference, and contained an integral upper yoke(16) constructed in the upper yoke(6a).
