CHARGER COMBINE-USED AS INVERTER

PURPOSE: The charger combine-used as an inverter can be used as a charger and an inverter simultaneously which outputs an AC high voltage using a DC low voltage of a battery(182) and at the same time charges the battery using the AC voltage. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: a push-pull converter(110) capable of performing DC/DC power conversion to one direction; a forward converter(120) capable of performing DC/DC power conversion to one direction; a converter control part(140) controlling to form a stable DC power source by operating as a single DC/DC converter, by controlling the push-pull converter and the forward converter; a full bridge inverter(130) capable of bilateral power transmission; an inverter control part which converts the output of the push-pull converter to a stable AC power or applying the output rectified by operating the pull bridge inverter as a bridge rectifying circuit as an input of the forward converter; and a mode selection switch(160) interlocked to determine the inverter mode and the charger mode. If the inverter mode is selected, the DC low voltage of the battery is converted to a stable DC high voltage by the control of the push-pull converter and the converter control part, and the DC high voltage is outputted as a stable AC voltage by the control of the full bridge inverter and the inverter control part. If the charger mode is selected, an external AC power is converted to a stable DC voltage by the control of the full bridge inverter and the inverter control part, and the DC voltage forms a stable DC low voltage by the control of the forward converter and the converter control part and is inputted to the battery.
