METHOD OF FABRICATING ELECTRODE OF PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PURPOSE: The method simplifies the electrode formation process and prevents the short between electrodes by preventing the spreading of an electrode paste due to a drying and plastic process. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: forming a protection film(7) on a back substrate(6) and drying the protection film; forming address electrodes(8) at constant intervals on the dried protection film. The method improves the process effectiveness. The protection film is formed by patterning a paste with a printing method. The address electrode is formed by patterning a paste for address electrode formation with the printing method. The address electrode is dried in the temperature of 120°C for 10 minutes and the whole process of forming the address electrode is completed by performing the plastic process in the temperature of 550°C for 20 minutes. The method improves the process effectiveness.
