PURPOSE: A phone-banking system is provided to prevent a money crime by a pone-banking by confirming an identification of a user through a fingerprint comparison. CONSTITUTION: The phone-banking system comprises: an input terminal unit(100) for inputting fingerprint data of a phone-banking applicant and account number data; a phone-banking terminal unit(200) for inquiring a fingerprint of the phone-banking user through a telephone line to input data for deal particulars; and a main frame unit(400) for storing the data inputted through the input terminal unit to a data storage part(410), wherein the main frame unit(400) compares the fingerprint inquired through the phone-banking terminal unit with a fingerprint stored in the data storage part(410), and confirms the identification and the account number of the user to perform a money deal by a phone-banking according to the confirmed data.
