PURPOSE: A plasma display panel is provided to improve luminescent brightness and prevent degradation of operating characteristics. CONSTITUTION: The plasma display panel comprises a lower layer formed on a rear substrate; an electrode formed on the lower layer with a constant gap; a diaphragm formed with the electrode interposed therebetween; a reflection film formed on an upper side of the lower layer including both sides of the diaphragm and the electrode; and a fluorescent film formed on the reflection film.
