PURPOSE: A cooling device for producing pure water is provided to drink pure water in a place where water is in short supply. CONSTITUTION: The cooling device for producing pure water having an inner device(200) and an outer device(100) includes:a collecting container(220) for collecting the freezing water generated from an evaporator(207) of the inner device(200); a I-shaped first filter(230) placed downwards of the collecting container(220); a first and a second moisture generator(240, 241) for generating the moisture by vibrating the firstly filtrated freezing water with microwave; a freezing water can(250) placed on the second moisture generator(241) and a water tub(270); a second filter(231) placed to sending the filtrated freezing water to a pump(260); and a push cock(210) for exhausting the filtrated pure water from the second filter(231) to outside.
