PURPOSE: The present invention is about inorganic system antibacterial agent improved pore structure largely by growing crystal with chemical reaction of calcium oxide and zeolite. CONSTITUTION: A process for manufacturing inorganic system antibacterial agent consisted of a first process for agitating at 40-60°C said mixture, after mixing calcium oxide and zeolite with 1:1, and putting said mixture 200-300kg and 450-550kg of distilled ionic water to heat agitator, a second process of producing crystallinity precipitate by putting 20% phosphorous aqueous solution to pH 8.5, a third process for natural cooling sintering after heated-air drying 700-900°C for 7-10 hours at oxidize temperature, a forth process for agitating at 70-90°C by putting metallic ion coppersulphate 2-4 weight% for 7-10 years. |
