PURPOSE: A lighting method of a low voltage electric bulb is provided to use as a substitute of a transformer or an electric power control substrate and to reduce the weight and the manufacture cost of products. CONSTITUTION: The same amount of current flows in a resistance and a condenser when supplying an alternating current and an available current is consumed in the resistance so that heat generates while an unavailable current is consumed in the condenser so that the heat does not generate. Moreover, the capacity of the condenser changes because the condenser and the low voltage electric bulb complete in a serial circuit and the available current is consumed in the resistance and the unavailable current is consumed in the condenser by lighting as the current flowing in the low voltage electric bulb adjusts to a rated current of the low voltage electric bulb.
