PRODUCTION METHOD OF INGOT FOR OPTICAL FERRULE

PURPOSE: A production method of ingot for optical ferrule is provided which shortens thermal treatment time and deformation with using the binder of low viscosity, or recycles the pellet of materials for molding CONSTITUTION: The ingot for optical ferrule is produced by the following steps of:pelletizing ceramic powder with binder; injection molding at the temperature of 100-150°C; thermal debinding; then sintering and machining.
