PURPOSE: A mattress emits far infrared rays and interrupts the radiation of electromagnetic wave for blood purification, cell activation, and skin aesthetic and improving physical constitution and metabolism. CONSTITUTION: The mattress consists of layers within a cover sheet. The layers are a cushion(2), a heater(3), a mat(4) and an electromagnetic wave shield(5) that is preferably placed over the heater. The mat(4) emits far infrared rays using bioceramic or jade which are powder type, bead type or granule type. The shield(5) is to be made of a fiber interrupting the radiation of electromagnetic wave.
