PURPOSE: A system for deciding search result display rank of searching engine and method thereof is provided to display a search result in popular order. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises listed web site database having information of stock of a listed web site and valuation of it, evaluation web site database having information of the state of voting pros and cons to list and valuation of corresponding to the web site, web site database having search information of the web site, web server for buying and selling web site stock, and web site search server for searching the web site database according to key word inputted by user The result of the buying and selling is reflected in the listed web site database. The result of the vote pros and cons to list is reflected in the evaluation web site database. The result of searching is displayed in popular order.
