RELEASING METHOD OF CALL PROCESSING BLOCK WHEN SUB SYSTEM OF OTHER SWITCHING STATION BREAKS DOWN IN CDMA SYSTEM

PURPOSE: The call processing block releasing method is provided to solve the problem that a consumer has to pay for unnecessary call charging due to the call charging for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A method of call processing block releasing has the steps of: judging if other switching sub system is broken down by monitoring the state of other telephone exchange sub system in SCCP(Signaling Connection Control Part); transmitting the call processing releasing signal from the SCCP through TCAP(Transaction Capability Application Part) and MHI(Mobile Handover Interface) to MHC(Mobile Switching Center) when the other telephone exchange sub system is broken down; controlling not to occur the overpayment for a long time by stopping the operation HOC(Handover Control).
