PURPOSE: A lipstick composition is provided to increase stamina, to get rid of stress and to promote digestion by including the pure vegetable herb medicinal component with the pure vegetable aromatic essence. CONSTITUTION: The lipstick composition which includes the pure vegetable aromatic essence and the pure vegetable herb medicinal component is manufactured by the steps of: processing the mixture with a roller by adding titanium dioxide, red No. 227 and red No. 228 to castor oil; obtaining the water surface by equally melting glycerin and propylene glycol to ion exchange water at a temperature of 80°C; obtaining a dye part by melting red No. 225 to castor oil; equally dispersing to a homo-mixer by adding the obtained fuel part and the dye part after melting by mixing and heating other components; and obtaining the stick phase by rapidly cooling at a temperature of 3 to 5°C in a frame after dispersing the material in the homo-mixer.
