PURPOSE: A back-light device of liquid crystal display(LCD) is provided to prevent a noise by grounding a leakage current through a conductive back cover. CONSTITUTION: The back-light device comprises a lamp assembly, a light-guide plate, a sheet, a mold frame on which an inserting slit is formed for removing the lamp assembly, a top chassis protruded along the side of the mold frame to the direction of the lamp assembly, a back cover, and a conductive reflection plate formed inside of the lamp reflection plate. The conductive reflection plate and the back cover are connected with each other by a conductive screw for forming common ground. The sheet is a silver-coated sheet having high reflection ratio. The common ground can prevent generating noise happened by leakage current due to the displacement current which is generated from high voltage alternating current for driving a cold cathode type fluorescent lamp.
