Starting from the unlimited utilisation capability of the vehicle the limited utilisation capability is adjusted to a coded command, and by the repeated discontinuing of the command inside a predetermined time the unlimited utilisation capability is restored. The unlimited utilisation capability can also be restored by inputting a coded command. The coded information can be a sequence of number, or a sequence of operating commands.
