The SQUID device has a flux transformer (7) with an input coupling coil (9) for the SQUID and a labyrinth resonator (1) with an output coil (5). The resonator has several superconducting coplanar rings (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5), coupled together via superconducting short-circuits (3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4), each having an opening (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5), the output coil associated with one of the outer rings (1.1).
