PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector terminal and housing which can eliminate gaps between leaf springs, prevent cracking, etc., make the contact stable, enhance the machining easiness and accuracy by heightening the symmetry of each work, intensify the reverse insert preventing function for the female terminal, preclude damage to the leaf spring, etc., at testing of the electric continuity of the female terminal, and make the connector compact in height. SOLUTION: A connector terminal and housing according to the invention is equipped with a terminal body 10 having an insert hole 11 for a male terminal TT and a connection part 12 for an electric wire W and locked by a retainer 60 of housing H, leaf springs 21 and 22 stretching forward inside the terminal body and superposed above and below, and a stabilizer 30 to be locked going beyond a lance 53 of the housing, wherein the front half of the terminal body is furnished with a bottom wall 16, side walls 17, and an inner upper wall 18 and outer upper wall 19 superposed above and below upon stretching from rear top edge of each side wall toward the rear top edge of the opposing side wall, and the leaf springs are formed continuously at the front extremities of the inner upper wall and outer upper wall, and the stabilizer is given with a surface directed across the width and arranged upright over the height from the foremost extremity of the terminal body.
