PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simulate nondestructively an open state of a fusible link by an output signal as a preview function by generating the output signal, in response to an input signal, from a fusible link circuit that has a threshold and brings the link into the open state when it exceeds the threshold. SOLUTION: A voltage of a source terminal 60 is so low that the buffer output of an output terminal 58 is set to logical zero when there is no input to an input terminal 54 in a condition where a fusible link is not fused. However, when a high-voltage input signal is imparted to the input terminal 54, the buffer output signal of the output terminal 58 is set to logical one corresponding to the open state of the fusible link 44. Therefore, in order to set the output to a logical zero level, the input signal to the input terminal 54 is kept in a floating state or a logical low level is imparted to it. That is, whether the fusible link 44 is in a fused state or a non-fused state can nondestructively be simulated by the input signal imparted to the input terminal 54.
