PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely deliver cards one by one. SOLUTION: A moving plate 41 integrally moving a rachet part 43a delivering a card 50a at the lowest layer of stored cards 50 is guided by a guiding shaft 40 in the direction of A-B. A long hole 41a is pierced at the plate 41 and a turntable 45 projectingly provided with a boss 45a to be engaged with the hole 41a is driven to rotate clockwise. A vertically moving piece 20 vertically moving the card 50 is fixed to a swinging member 18 supported in the state of being freely swingable with a shaft 17a in a rotating center. This member 18 is connected to a swinging plate 31 through a connecting plate 37 to swing the plate 31 by a cam 30. Then, the plate 45 and the cam 30 are driven by a single motor being the same driving source.
