PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified mist sauna purposed for a general home by making the most of the characteristic of the small bathroom of the home or the like, and by spraying the warm water or cold water as mist from the faucet of the bathroom or the like by means of a sprayer. SOLUTION: By making the most of the characteristic of a bathroom 1 of a small and narrow home or the like, mist is filled inside the bathroom 1 by a sprayer 4 to obtain a mist sauna. Explaining this with one example, the simplified mist sauna is basically constituted by the sprayer 4 set to an almost closed small bathroom 1, and a water faucet 2 connected to the sprayer 4 fitted with a nozzle for generating mist through a hose 3.
