PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drill screw for mounting corrugated sheets which itself engages with crests of a corrugated sheet to hold it without using a reinforcing saddle and effectively prevents the corrugated sheet from deforming by external forces such as wind power after work execution. SOLUTION: This drill screw 11 has a drill portion 13 at a distal end of a shaft portion 12 of the screw material, a head portion 14 at a proximal end formed with an engagement portion 15 for a clamp, and a tapping screw portion 16 on the periphery of the shaft portion 12 following the drill portion 13. An attachment screw portion 17 having a thread diameter larger than that of the tapping screw portion 16 is formed on the periphery of the shaft portion 12 proximate to the head portion 14. It is preferable that the attachment screw portion 17 has a pitch larger than that of the tapping screw portion 16.
