PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts feeder that feeds parts of different types singly, even directional parts singly in orientation, through easy replacement of a corresponding part of its components. SOLUTION: A parts storage hopper 1 having a feed port 11 in its front wall is internally provided with an inclined attachment 2 arranged for vertical movement with its lower end 201 facing the internal surface of the hopper front wall to scoop up and guide parts which roll along it accordingly. A control means 43 controls the vertical movement of the attachment 2 so that while the top surface of the lower end 201 is kept below the lower edge of the feed port 11 the foremost part on the attachment 2 receives such angular moment as forces or rolls it beyond or out of the feed port 11 for one-by-one feeding. |
