PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of removing printed layers and magnetic layers, in a simple and speedy manner, from an article whose surface the printed layers and the magnetic layers are applied on. SOLUTION: A method for removing cured adhesion layers, which is applied on a surface of an article, from the surface of the article. This method comprises the immersion of the cured adhesion layers into a heated aqueous solution containing (a) sodium hydroxide and/or potassium hydroxide and (b) a compound expressed by the formula R1OCH2CH2OH (R1 is a 1-4C aliphatic saturated hydrocarbon group) at a concentration of 5-60 w/v%, and having pH of >=12. |
