PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood fence in harmony with nature capable of being firmly held in the erected condition for a long period, easily and efficiently constructed at a site, and very easily replaced at its wood portions. SOLUTION: A wood fence includes wood supporting columns 2 erected in a ground and wood fence members 3 mounted to the wood supporting columns 2. Metal rods 4 are mounted near the lower parts of the wood supporting columns 2 so as to be protruded downward as pile members. In this way, wood materials as exterior materials in harmony with nature are used and metal materials are used as supporting materials or reinforcing materials to firmly hold the wood fence in the erected condition for a long period and easily and efficiently do constructing work at a site.
