PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain progress of corrosion even when a resin lining layer is peeled off from an inner surface of a pipe of an easily corroded metal by installing a ring installation member on the pipe body such as a temporary piping, etc. SOLUTION: A ring installation member 1 is installed on an opening part of a pipe body 6 on an inner surface of which a resin lining layer 8 is formed. The ring installation member 1 is free to install in the inside of the pipe body 6, formed in a cross-section C shape and furnished with a non-corrosive ring main body free to elastically deform in the radial direction and a flange part bent in an L shape and extending from an end part of this ring main body and free to cover an end surface of the pipe body 6 in the peripheral direction. Progress of peeling of the resin layer 8 is restrained by pressing the resin layer 8 on an inner surface of the pipe body 6 by the ring main body by spring work, and intrusion of water to the end surface of the pipe body 6 is prevented by the flange part.
