<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an oscillator circuit from malfunctioning in accompaniment to the rise in ambient temperature. SOLUTION: Inverters 11, 14, and 17 of IIL(integrated injection logic) constitution are connected in series between the collector of a PNP type transistor(TR), which allows and inhibits the oscillation of the oscillation circuit and the base of an NPN type TR which discharges accumulated electric charges of a capacitor 2. When the ambient temperature around the oscillation circuit rises, the on voltage of an NPN type TR 13 in the inverter 11 will not rise as high as the on voltage of an NPN type TR 10. Neither of NPN type TRs 16 and 19 in the inverters 14 and 17 tends therefore to be affected by the variations in the ambient temperature, and consequently the influence on the NPN TR 7 is minimized to prevent the oscillation circuit from malfunctioning.</p> |
