PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve the irritation feeling of a user through shortening of a time in which a heat generating body reaches a set time by a method wherein during a set time of a timer, a comparatively high heat generation power is fed to a heat generating body and after a lapse of the set time, a comparatively lower given heat generation power is fed thereto. SOLUTION: The output terminals of a timer 1 is selected and an adequate set time is selected from different set times. A flip flop circuit 2a is in a reset state and with this state, a drive circuit 2b feeds a drive signal to a thyristor and a power is fed in an AC all wave to a heat generating body 3. During a lapse of a set time, the flip flop circuit 2a is reversed to stop the feed of a drive signal to the thyristor. By a diode paralleling thereto, an approximate half power is fed in an AC half-wave to the heat generating body 3 to maintain a set temperature. This constitution shortens a time in which the ambient temperature of the heat generating body 3 reaches temperature approximately equal to a set temperature and relaxes the irritation feeling of a user.
