PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely discharge sludge generated during machining by a ringlike grinding wheel out of the grinding wheel by washing an inner peripheral face of the ringlike grinding wheel forcedly. SOLUTION: A mounting base 11 for a ringlike grinding wheel in which the ringlike grinding wheel 12 for grinding is mounted on an end face on one side and a rotary drive shaft is mounted on an end face on the other side to polish a plane of machined face 14a with high precision by the end face of the ringlike grinding wheel 12 is provided with a nozzle hole 16 supplying grinding fluid to the inside of the ringlike grinding wheel 12 by passing through the mounting base 11 and a trumpet-shaped guide member 17 for diffusing grinding fluid fed into the inside of the ringlike grinding wheel 12 from this nozzle hole 16 on an inner peripheral face 12a of the ringlike grinding wheel 12. In this case, the nozzle hole 16 passes through from an outer peripheral face 11a of the mounting base 11 toward an end face 11b on the ringlike grinding wheel mounting face side in such a manner that it is tilted, and an opening part 16a on the outer peripheral face 11a side of the nozzle hole 16 is positioned by deviating a phase on the rotation direction side of the ringlike grinding wheel 12 more than an opening part 16b on the end face 11b side.
