PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a machine translation device capable of facilitating the management of a translation pattern for a user and improving the translation quality. SOLUTION: A morpheme dictionary 31 stores morpheme analysis information decided beforehand and a translation pattern dictionary 32 stores the translation pattern prepared based on the morpheme analysis information registered in the morpheme dictionary 31. When the input document of a source language is inputted from a source language sentence input part 11, a morpheme analysis part 21 performs morpheme analysis by using the morpheme dictionary 31. A translation processing part 22 performs translation pattern analysis processing and language conversion processing for deciding a translation word by using the translation pattern dictionary 32 to the morpheme analyzed information. A morpheme generation part 23 generates the morpheme of a target language based on the result of language conversion in the translation processing part 22 and a target language sentence output part 12 outputs it as a translated result. |
