PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To laminate a decorating sheet to a molded article of a polyolefin resin with good heat-resistant adhesion. SOLUTION: At least an adhesive layer 2 is provided on a base material sheet 1 of a thermoplastic resin and a chlorinated polyolefin resin being the resin component of this adhesive layer contains 20-24 wt.% of chlorine and has a number average mol.wt. of 50,000-60,000. For example, a decorative layer wherein a resin of a binder is based on a mixture of an acrylic resin and a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer, a primer layer based on a urethane resin and the adhesive layer of this specific compsn. are laminated on a transparent base material sheet based on an acrylic resin to form a decorating sheet. The decorating sheet is laminated to a resin molded article to obtain a molded product by an injection molding simultaneous decorating method.
