<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately lock an oscillated wavelength of semiconductor laser to a wavelength matched in phase with the cycle of a domain inversion part, and to obtain a wavelength converted output in a device which converts a wavelength of a laser beam emitted from semiconductor laser by an optical waveguide type wavelength conversion element having a cycle domain inverted structure. SOLUTION: A laser beam 11 emitted from semiconductor laser 10 is partly branched by a beam splitter 20 before made incident on an optical wavelength conversion element 15, and this branched laser beam 11 is fed back to the semiconductor laser 10 by reflecting the beam by a mirror 24. And, between this mirror 24 and the beam splitter 20, a narrow-band band-pass filter 22 consisting of etalon or double-refractive filters is arranged in the optical path of the laser beam 11.</p> |
