ANTIFREEZING BEAN JAM AND COMPOSITE FROZEN SWEETS USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtains bean jam in an antifreezing state even while being stored in a frozen state and to provide composite frozen sweets using the same. SOLUTION: This antifreezing bean jam is produced by adding to bean jam 0.1-25 wt.% edible oil which shows a liquid state at an ordinary temperature and pref. contains 0.05-1 wt.% emulsifier and/or stabilizer along with the above edible oil. The composite frozen sweets are produced by covering frozen sweets with the antifreezing bean jam or by covering the antifreezing bean jam with frozen sweets. Further, the antifreezing bean jam is utilized for decoration by topping the antifreezing bean jam on the upper surface of frozen sweets packaged in a container or is made to become composite frozen sweets by being placed in an intermediate layer or a lower one.
