PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversal silver halide photosensitive material having excellent image drawing property, especially color reproducibility while maintaining the photographic performance such as sensitivity by forming each blue, green and red photosensitive layer containing a coupler and a nonvisible ray-sensitive layer and subjecting the photosensitive material to reversal process. SOLUTION: A blue sensitive layer containing a coupler, a green sensitive layer containing a coupler, a red sensitive layer containing a coupler and a nonvisible ray-sensitive layer are formed, and the photosensitive material is subjected to reversal process. The nonvisible ray-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer (layer which is photosensitive to nonvisible rays and improves color reproducibility) is a silver halide emulsion layer having the max. sensitivity at a wavelength except for 400 to 680 nm wavelength in a visible ray region. The wavelength at the max. photosensitivity of the nonvisible ray-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer is preferably in the range from 690 to 850 nm, and more preferably from 730 to 780 nm. The position of the nonvisible ray- sensitive silver halide emulsion layer to be applied is preferably in the farther side from the exposure light source than the layer on which dye images to improve the picture quality are formed.
