PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To self input the rotation numerical value from an output side by a planetary gear constitution, to generate difference between the input and the output in the output side respective rotation ranges, and to provide a self variable drive of an output side from the reduction to 1:1. SOLUTION: This device is so constituted that planetary gears with two pinion gears 3, 4 set to one set of a planetary gear and planetary gears with one pinion gear 2 set to a set of a planetary gear are arranged about a shaft 10; the mutual planetary gears are supported by the left/right of a carrier 1; the planetary gears arranged in the left/right are connected by geared with a sun gear 5 integrated with a large/a small gear; ring gears 6, 7 having bevel gears are geared with respective planetary gears; the ring gears 6, 7 are connected by geared with the bevel pinion gear 8 supported by the carrier 9; the rotation is transmitted to a drive shaft 12 with the carrier 1 set to the input side and the carrier 9 to the output side so that the rotation force of the drive shaft drives the sun gear 5 and the difference between the outputs is thus generated by itself.
