PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of the unequal ejection occurring in the clogging of ejection nozzles by continuously improving the flow property of the processing liquid in a spray pipe for ejecting the processing liquid, thereby lessening the stagnation of the processing liquid at the time of non-ejection. SOLUTION: A curvable plate material 150 which consists of material (for example, stainless steel, aluminum) suitable for the spray pipe 56 prepd. and is bored with plural holes 16 for the ejection nozzles along the side in a longitudinal direction. The peripheral end having burrs is chamfered by using a drilling blade 152 larger (in diameter of about twice) than the diameter of the bored holes. The plate material 150 is curved with both sides in the longitudinal direction as mating surfaces after the boring and deburring and the mating surfaces are fixed by welding, etc., by which the spray pipe 56 is completed. |
