PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the waveform distortion of a circuit by providing a waveform distortion suppression means outputting inputted data to a transmission line. SOLUTION: A waveform distortion suppression means 116A is formed of a selector circuit SEL, a NOR circuit NOR and the AND circuits AND1 and AND2 of inverted inputs. The selector circuit SEL selects an output data signal Dout when an enable signal ENABLE is in a '1' level and selects an input data signal Din when the signal is in a '0' level so as to output them. The output of the selector circuit SEL is directly inputted to the inverted input terminals of the AND circuits AND1 and AND2 of inverted inputs through an inverter circuit INV. The enable signal ENABLE and a control signal Ton are inputted to the NOR circuit NOR and outputs are inputted to the inverted input terminals of the AND circuits AND1 and AND2 of inverted inputs. Thus, the output of an output means 114A changes in accordance with the enable signal ENABLE and the control signal Ton.
