PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste plastic treatment device, in which organic matters producing at the disposal of waste plastics including vinyl chloride is prevented from fixing to piping and, at the same time, positively contrived to recover the organic matters. SOLUTION: In a waste plastic disposing device having a charging device for grindingly treating waste plastics, a dechlorinating device for resolving vinyl chloride into hydrochloric acid, an organic matter recovering device for recovering organic matter, a chlorinating device for recovering chlorine, a decomposing device for thermally decomposing molten plastics ranched to the downstream side of the dechlorinating device and an oil producing device for producing oil by cooling oil gas, an organic matter sticking prevention means 17 for preventing the organic matter from sticking to transferring piping 15, which connecting the dechlorinating device with the organic matter recovering device with the organic matter recovering device, is provided. |
