ANTICOUGNING FORMULATION

The anticoughing formulation is used for the treatment of acute and chronical bronchitis and others. It can be made in different alternatives, has all the advantages of the liquid medicamentous form and all improved avenues for storage, shipment and usage. It contains glaucin hydrobromide, isomer of ephedrine hydrochloride, sweet basil oil, citric acid, sweetener, surfactant or combination thereof with hydrophilic-lipophilic equilibrium (HLE) from 10 to 18, as well as alcohol and perservatives. The formulation is in powder form where the ratio between the fraction with grain size distribution under 0.3 mm and that of from 0.3 to 2.00 mm is 1:4 and it can be filled in single-doze or multidose medicamentous forms. Syrup can be produced after the addition of treated water in ratio to the powder of 1:2 to 2:1. By the addition of thickener from 0.5 to 1.5 wt.pts. and treated water in ratio to the powder of 1:2 ro 2:1 semisolid oral administration form - gel, is produced. 6 claims
